Description
After receiving a report from a friend who uses WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) that an error occurred when running the dev version of webui.sh, I investigated and found that libc.so could not be executed in some WSL environments. It turns out that an error is reported.
This merge is a modified version that checks the libc version by running ldd instead of running libc.so.
(ldd is included as standard in most Linux systems)
I'm sorry, but please merge.
