Hey,

I was trapped by the webui.bat with the very first step already Installing torch failed. It used the python.exe from Inkscape. Changing the variable in the bat helps. But even after modifying the webui.bat to use the exe from python3.10 it still uses the inkscape python exe for the first step as you can see in the shot. The 3.10 exe is of course added to path variables.

So i consider this as a bug, even when the functionality is given.
