Structural conflicts are detected twice #21

@slarse

Description

@slarse

As structurally conflicting PCS triples are not removed from the set, each structural conflict will be detected twice. Triples that are already part of a conflict should not be considered again for structural conflicts.

Perhaps they should be considered for content conflicts, however, as contents are associated with the predecessor of the triple, and not with the triple itself.
