I hope you’re all doing well. I wanted to start a discussion as I’ve been exploring this project in depth recently and found it both technically strong and genuinely impactful.

Over the past few days, I’ve raised a couple of issues after reviewing the UI and overall user experience, and I’m currently planning to work on them further by submitting pull requests. I would really appreciate it if someone from the maintainers or the community could review those issues and share feedback or suggestions. It would help me align better with the project’s direction before moving ahead.

I also wanted to ask whether this project is planning to participate in GSoC 2026, and if so:

• Are mentors currently available or expected to be available?
• Is there a preferred way for interested contributors to engage early and get guidance?

This project feels like a great place to learn, contribute, and grow, and I’m very interested in working on it more closely. I’d love to understand how I can best contribute in a way that’s helpful to the project and aligned with its goals.
