Hey!

Using v1.16 on a HeltecV4 (4.3), once the wifi SSID and pwd are set, the BLE can't be started anymore.
ie: Long press on the BLE screen will popup "BLE Enabled" but the BLE stays disabled.

Disabling TCP does not change anything, but BLE will work again if the wifi settings are cleared.
Tested on a fresh flash of v.1.16 (merged + full image + full flash erase)

I went back to v1.15.5 and it works fine.
