We don't see AV1 quality nearly as often as other quality in FLOW.

But when you use pipepipe you will see AV1 quality in almost all the videos,like in pipepipe its rare for a video to not have a AV1 codec.

So my question here is what exactly is the difference between both of them that pipepipe can get AV1 consistently while for flow that's a rare good luck on a users part.

And is their a workaround possible to make it as reliable as pipepipe in that regard?
