how is return youtube dislikes implemented in the client
like how often does the client communicate with the RYTD extension and what data is requested and what is shared

tldr
is the client requesting the data every time a video is loaded
if so the data rytd acquires could be used to track the user

if this is how it works please add a way to disable RYTD or swap to a daily or weekly download from the RYTD service
