Describe the Bug

If you subscribe to a channel straight from the feed or search, the channel’s profile picture gets replaced by the thumbnail of that video. And it stays like that everywhere—in your feed and subscriptions.
Only way for it to not happen, open the channel page and subscribe from there.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Flow and find any video from an unsubscribed channel
2. Tap on the three dots on the video card
3. And from the selections choose 'Subscribe'
4. Then everywhere in the app the channel image with the thumbnail from the video

Expected Behavior

The channel image should be the same one in main page, throughout the app

Actual Behavior

The channel image is actually the thumbnail of the video.
