Description:

The bottom panel (showing “Next / Playlist”) is being rendered underneath the navigation bar instead of above it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any video with a playlist
2. Let the “Next” bottom panel appear

Expected behavior:

The panel should respect system UI insets and appear fully above the navigation bar.

Actual behavior:

Part of the panel is hidden behind the navigation bar, making content partially invisible and harder to interact with.

Environment:

• Stock Android 9 device (OnePlus 7) with navigation bar enabled.
