Currently, when seeking the video using seekbar, the video jumps to the position of the seekbar, even before the seekbar is released by the user.

The video below shows this issue.

Below behaviour will be better :

1. The video should jump to the posistion of seekbar, only when the user releases the seekbar. Till then, the video should continue playing. This will save data bandwidth, cpu power and battery.

2. Add option to set the "seekbar thumbnail" quality/size.
