A video should only be considered watched or atleast be considered for removal from either subscriptions section or home when a user has watched atleast 10% of the video.

The current state is that if you have even touched a video and press cancel it will still be considered watched and be removed under this settings effect.

This setting itself is great but it still needs a bit of refinement to actually make it usefull.
