Is it possible to download a video after sponsorblock has worked on it by like skipping the sponsor parts.

User Story

• As a [Power user],
  I want [this feature],
  so that [users don't have to watch ads promotions if they have dow loaded a video].

Alternatives Considered

When I was playing around with youtube alternatives few months back I had come across a youtube alternative app that could do exactly what I said.I got this idea from that experience. I am not sure if I have worded it correctly though,and since its been a while and with the number of alternatives out their I don't really remember the exact app name anymore.

Existing Solutions

Its availaible on one app but I am not sure which one,it was maybe greentube or some other apps,I was trying all the youtube alternatives that are known in the community,like mobilism,I used to download all the youtube alternatives apps and try them out,I encountered this exact scenario in one of those apps.
