When on a phone call from whatsapp for example, can't play the video

Proposed Solution

I am not sure what are the side effects, or why it doesn't play while on a whatsapp call - but might be worth enabling that, because why not

• Critical — I can't use Flow effectively without this
• High — I'd use this feature daily
• Medium — Nice to have, would improve my experience noticeably
