Shorts in subs does not sort by upload time.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Flow and navigate to 'subs'
2. Tap on 'subs'
3. Perform 'pull to refresh subs'
4. Observe the issue

Expected Behavior

Shorts sort by upload time.

Actual Behavior

Does not follow upload time, old short appear.
