… as no quality samples are available currently. Also removed Panasonic JU-256 as better PCDR recorded samples are needed for it for the new track-based sample set. Remove TeacFD, no quality samples available. Added Alps and Epson SD-700/SD-800 sample sets. Updated readme.
… main 86box repo assets/sounds/fdd folder.

Description:
Remove all fdd audio samples and fdd audio profile configuration file from roms repo. Moved to main 86box repo's assets/sounds/fdd -folder.
