Description:
This PR adds a BIOS file for the DFI K6BV3+ (rev. A) motherboard, to be added in the linked PR. It uses the latest version available on The Retro Web, version 08/05/1999-(K6BV3+)-CD-2A5LED4KC-00, the one without the >128GiB disks mod.
