Rename BIOS13502.bin and VideoMagic-BioS-HXIRTW32PWSRL.bin to match their names as defined in the source code. This fixes an issue where they are not available on filesystems that are case-sensitive, i.e. most Linux filesystems. Signed-off-by: daGraveR <dagraver@gmail.com>

Rename BIOS13502.bin and VideoMagic-BioS-HXIRTW32PWSRL.bin to match their names as defined in the source code.
This fixes an issue where these roms are not available on filesystems that are case-sensitive, i.e. most Linux filesystems.
I've tested this by using the current romset; Enabling the BIOS on the dec421140 has no effect until the filename matches the sourcecode exactly.
