Summary

• Remove the "MFM/RLL or ESDI CD-ROM drives never existed" error message; invalid combinations of bus and storage device type now silently set the bus to "Disabled"; this behavior is extended to HDDs on MKE/Mitsumi controller buses
• Make the "Monitor in sleep mode" message replace the refresh rate counter instead of the current status bar message; this also extends to the second monitor in SVGA multi-monitor configurations
• Too big EDIDs are now rejected early, in the settings dialog
