Summary

OS/2 1.1 takes extremely long time formatting disk on IBM PS/1 XTA controller and hangs up on IBM PS/2 ST506 disk adapter. This PR fixes these issues by taking out some flags in the status registers to speed up format in OS/2 1.1.
