Summary

Implement the PAS Plus/16 joystick enable/disable configuration bit and make a few machine table corrections:

• Block incompatible Cyrix CPUs on the ECS AL486, DTK PKM-0038S and AIR 486PI and block incompatible Am486 Enhanced/Am5x86 CPUs on the AIR 486PI
• Remove the MACHINE_APM flag from the TriGem 486G (BIOS power management only, no APM), MSI MS-5109 (BIOS power management only, no APM) and Radisys EPC-2102 (no power management support in the BIOS)
• Correct machine aliases for the HP Holly board and AT&T Globalyst 620
• Add a note about the IBM PC 330 type 6573's power management: The machine has custom power management hardware (a Philips microcontroller near the power connections) for the IBM Rapid Resume feature that appears to be required for the APM interface to function.
