Summary

Implement the original 1991 Media Vision Pro Audio Spectrum

Known issues:

• The Autodesk Animator-based demo included with some 1991 driver disk sets does not play FM music and on CPUs other than a 25 or 33MHz 386DX the initial panning race car sound effect is cut off mid-playback (subsequent plays when the demo loops are fine). This appears to be due to an extremely timing-sensitive audio driver used by this program.
