Summary
to fix an issue that wrong color screen appears in Windows 3.x with the PS/55 8-color display driver because DAC's color palette wasn't initialized. According to the reference, the output of the VGA must be converted to analog video signals on the MicroChannel video card. Therefore, the DAC on the DA2 card must read the I/O input even though the planar VGA is enabled. This PR changes I/O handling of DA2's DAC.
