Summary

• Fix the CPU voltages and bus speeds of i386DX/i486, i486 (Socket 168 and 1) and i486 (Socket 2) boards (will fix Socket 3/PCI later)
• Fix the maximum RAM sizes on VLSI SuperCore 590 and Wildcat-based machines
• Fix the CPU voltages of PPGA370 (not FC-PGA370) boards and block the VIA C3/Cyrix III CPUs on them
• Rename a few of the machines to shorten their names
