Summary

Implement the Aztech AZT2316R (Sound Galaxy Pro 16 II) and AZT2320 (HP MM Pro 16V-A) audio controllers and make the following changes:

• Fix the CD audio initialization on the AZTPR16/AZT1605/AZT2316 (setting the CD filter to NULL was not done)
• Update the WSS CD volume when the SB CD volume is changed on AZT1605, fixes CD volume control in Aztech CDPLAY and other DOS applications and games
• Update SB master volume when AZTPR16 SB mixer registers 84h/86h are updated, fixes volume control in Aztech CDPLAY
• Initialize Mode 2-capable WSS codecs in Mode 2 and set codec register 0 to 0xff, fixes mixer issues with the Windows 98 and 2000 WDM drivers on 2316 cards.
• Reorganized the Aztech cards in the sound card list in release order
