The misc. changes are: 1. Corrected the video chip on "m_xt.c" code 2. Added standalone three floppy disk controller chips

Summary
This PR alphabetizes the sound and SCSI chip lists. In addition, I also corrected the video chip for Zenith Z-184 since it was incorrectly using a standard IBM CGA. This PR corrects it to Yamaha V6355 video chip.
