Summary

1. Correct some more clock bugs of the ELSA Winner NeXTSTEP/OPENSTEP third party driver (please report any regressions if possible on other stuff) (currently on PCI 928 and 968 only).
2. Line Vector command with flag 0x211x (r/w) is now more usable (not perfect yet) and fill brushes now have correct colors (but also not perfect either) in Windows 2.x' 8514/a drivers.
