• Implement the Aztech AZTPR16 (Sound Galaxy Multimedia Pro 16) as used in some late 1993/early 1994 Packard Bells
• Implement gameport enable/disable for AZT1605 and AZT2316A
• Implement restoring SBPro mixer settings from EEPROM for AZT2316A
• Cleaned up unused code and outdated comments
• Added a standard 86Box copyright header to snd_azt2316a.c
• Fixed a warning in the Aztech logging code
