Make the following sound card-related changes:

• Give the OPTi 931 card its PnP quaternary IDE controller
• Make the Yamaha YMF701/71x use the correct YMF289B OPL3 variant
• Implement a config migration to prevent the Aztech cards from using the OPTi 930 WSS codec type when loading older configs
