Summary
Everex EV-159 supports adding base memory for generic motherboards, and can upgrade memory for motherboards with CS8220 chipset when base address set to 640K. This PR adds standard base memory backfill and special CS8220 mode backfill for Everex EV-159 memory expansion board.
