"IRQ2" actually means that it uses IRQ 2, not that it's the second IRQ; the source string may need to be rephrased.

@lemondrops, @usergithub64 maybe a more accurate string could be "Use IRQ 2" with the config option as "Enabled" or "Disabled"?

I'm OK with that. And yes, its options are already "Enabled" and "Disabled".

With the proper context it's actually "Не установлен", however, the source string has to be changed anyway.
