Thomson TO16 PC/PCM/XPDD/XPHD XT-Clone from France
The extended 128K memory which beyond 640K boundary does not handled yet
Basically this is a variant of Acer PC/710, same chipset Minerva 86G011 (aka ALi M1101) used. The ALi M1101 (Minerva 86G011) thought to be a clone of UMC UM82C088 which seems to be a clone of Texas Instruments TACT80101
