Summary

This PR adds the additional, interesting BIOSes for the following six machines, as well as few misc. ones:

1. Added the latest v4.51PG BIOS to FIC PT-2000 and make it default BIOS option
2. Added the Rainbow v4.51PG BIOS upgrade to both MSI MS-5119 and QDI FMB
3. Added the non-OEM BIOS to TriGem Delhi-III (previously called eMachines eTower 300k), alphabetize that machine, and slightly change the notes
4. Added the earliest v4.51PG BIOS to AOpen AX6BC
5. Added the Tulip Vision Line TP90 OEM BIOS to Tyan Tsunami ATX
6. Added the codenames/original names to IBM PS/ValuePoint P60, NEC PowerMate Vxxx, and Gateway Tomahawk
7. Changed the name from HP Vectra VEi 8 to HP Sherwood-B, as well as added its original board name that it is based on (will add non-OEM BIOS soon)
