Summary

Add the Yamaha YMF-71x (OPL3-SA2/3) audio controllers and give the Intel AN430TX (Packard Bell PB79x) its onboard YMF-715 audio.

Known issues:

• The Yamaha SoftSynth included with the Windows 3.1x and 9x VxD drivers doesn't work (same behavior as the YMF-701.)
