Summary

• When command-line arguments --rompath, --global, --fullscreen, --noconfirm and --nohook are passed to 86Box when starting the manager, pass them to the VMs started by it
• Fix detail pane sections that have only empty entries (which are hidden) not being hidden themselves
• Fix the 86B_CD 3.50 CD-ROM model and 8x CD-ROM speed not showing up in the manager's details pane
• Remember the width of the machine list in addition to window size and position
• Move the "Remember size & position" option to a checkbox in the Preferences dialog
• Add machine actions (start/pause/resume, hard reset, force shutdown, Ctrl+Alt+Del, open settings) to machine context menu
