Summary

Fix issues with the following 6 machines:

  • The Commodore SL386SX-16 actually has onboard IDE based on the page on TheRetroWeb for the motherboard this machine uses (DTK PPM-1660C) so add the ISA IDE device
  • The Silicon Valley Computer 486WB was missing the FDC device (when Internal Device was selected)
  • The ICS SB486P's i82091AA Super I/O was on the wrong I/O port causing a "System board device resource conflict" message during POST, corrected this to use port 26Eh
  • The ECS Elite UM8810P was missing the machine_force_ps2(1) statement in the machine init causing the keyboard to not work in the BIOS
  • The Shuttle HOT-433A's Award BIOS option wasn't working properly due to the is_award check looking for the old BIOS name
  • The Teknor TEK-932 actually has a PS/2 controller but was set up with an AT one causing the keyboard to not work in the BIOS or in DOS
