Summary
Fix the ROM filename, BIOS loading method and KBC P1 (Batman machines need P1 bit 5 or they hang after POST completes) for the Dell Dimension XPS P60.
Also apply the same P1 fix to the Plato machines to fix a boot hang on the Ambra DP90 PCI.
