Merged, thanks! I'm just going to have to implement the NEATsx vs. NEAT difference later and switch its keyboard controller to Phoenix (my log last night showed it sending Phoenix MultiKey/42 commands). |

Summary
Add a 386 Japanese AX laptop computer. It uses the original JEGA BIOS ROM mentioned in #5367, but the 16x16 font is not yet.
This machine has some special key shortcuts:
You need use the SETUP program in the MS-DOS 3.21 System Disk to change machine-specific settings.
