Summary
Add a correct PnP ROM for the CT4380 "regular" Sound Blaster AWE64, instead of the AWE64 Value ROM used as a substitute. Also add IDE to it, since the dump indicates the presence of IDE.
Additionally move the PnP and EMU8000 ROM paths to macros to avoid duplication.
