Summary

• Adds support for the new dot matrix font (both regular and italic) added in the related ROM set PR;
• Removes the dotmatrix → courier fallback as it is no longer needed;
• Adds a workaround for glyphs with negative offsets, fixes characters disappearing when printed too close to the edges of the virtual paper;
• Sets default print quality to draft.
