1. For some reason, background colors were always black under those drivers in 8bpp mode, added a tweak to fix it (as well as Clock colors). 2. Likewise for the red scrolling in pbrush or write, added a tweak to its bitblt read mask. 3. Don't call svga_recalctimings in the hdisp/vdisp ports directly, fixes screen size on said drivers without affecting other stuff.
