Summary
Minor cleanups to Tertiary and Quaternary IDE Controllers (Remove magic numbers, we have defines for this)
Links shouldn't be bare in markdown in README.md
Remove unneeded/duplicate check re softfloat in config.c
Fix some typos in the win32 ui
Swap resources for Tertiary and Quaternary IDE controllers, they were the wrong way round
