What happened?

1. When booting from the OS/2 J1.33 installation disk, the internal resolution of the emulator window rapidly switches back and forth between approximately 640x480 and 1024x768, with the screen remaining completely black and failing to display the installation program properly. This issue occurs on both machine models supported by the emulator that I tested.

2. After booting the Reference Disk K1.29 floppy into the self-test program, the emulator exhibits keyboard layout-related issues:

• Pressing the Ctrl key or arrow keys (up/down/left/right) is recognized as the Enter key by the self-test program
• Pressing the F1 key is recognized as the ESC key
• Most other keys on the keyboard show no response when pressed
  This problem appears to occur specifically when using the self-test program. No such issues were encountered when running the PCDOS installation program.

3. IBM DOS J4.01 crashes on startup and displays the error shown below:
