Describe the bug
The wav sound effect on Windows startup keeps playing and never ends. It is the second time that I have the same bug.
I had this issue with other VM. So I created a new one and after a crash I happens again.
I tested different configurations, I changed the port,irq, etc. but with no avail.

I'm ussing a 486 DX/4 100Mhz and get 100% on CPU emulation. I also tried with a 486 DX/4 75 Mhz with the dynamic recompiler disabled, but with no avail either. I have other Win 95 VM with the same CPU and a C-Media CMI-8738 and works flawlessly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Import the files
2. Start the machine
3. See error: The sound files keep playing with no end.

• 86Box version: 3.11.0.4371
• Build information: old dynarec, Win32.
