Describe the bug
When using an ATAPI CD-ROM Solaris 2.6 fails to mount the rootfs and kernel panics when starting installation

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Boot Solaris 2.6 using the boot floppy and install CD
  2. Go through the device detection process and choose the CD-ROM as a boot device
  3. Start the installation
  4. Notice the OS kernel panics with "panic: vfs_mountroot: cannot mount root"

Expected behavior
The installation process should start successfully

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 7 SP1
  • 86Box version: 3.7.1 (build 4032) and 3.11 (build 4311)
  • Build information: Stable x86 - old dynarec

Additional context
I am able to start the installation process successfully on PCem v17 using a similar configuration with an ATAPI CD-ROM. SCSI CD-ROMs are not affected by this issue.
