As a company user I don't want to be confused on HOW to login to 4Minitz.

• Give admin the option to hide the standard dialog if LDAP is enabled => ldap.hideStandardLogin
• Give admin the possibility to specify the labels / placeholders for the LDAP username field to match the company wording via ldap.label4Username
• Give admin the possibility to specify the labels / placeholders for the LDAP password field to match the company wording via ldap.label4Password
