We need to

• install some additional tools in the docker image: apt-get install xauth xvfb wkhtmltopdf ghostscript=9.06~dfsg-2+deb8u6
• patch the PDFA_def.ps file with a valid color profile
• patch 4minitz_settings.json to enable PDF/A generation with valid pathes to the installed tools
