If you enter "info #Decision #Issue" as a subject for an info/action-item only "Decision" will set as label correctly. Indeed, this works for topics correctly. So it seems we have a code duplication there. This should be eliminated which should solve this bug.

Furthermore it is not possible to add Labels (as # in the subject field) which starts with a numeric value like "#4minitz". This applies for both items and topics.
