As a recepient of the meeting minutes I want to see who takes care for the action items of a topic.
Rationale:
1.) Sometimes a topic has only one or two action items. So when a dicussed topic is sent out as part of the meeting minutes to all people, the dicussed topic seems to have no content (no info item!). People may be confused.
2.) Sometimes it is of crucial importance for a topic to know who is working on it.
