In Germany due to the TMG it is mandatory - even for open source projects - to have an Impressum (Legal Notice) on offered web sites. - [x] Make legal notice configurable in settings.json (HTML format!) - [x] Make legal notice easily reachable via About Box - [x] Show legal notice in own route - [x] Put example into settings_sample.json - [x] Add some E2E (this feature should always work!)
