Admins using our docker deployment currently have no easy way to import their LDAP users.

Two solutions:

1. Deploy importUsers.js to the docker container OR
2. Make importUsers.js functionality available on 4Minitz server side

Option 2 is prefered and has two sub-stories:

• Make importUsers.js functionality available server side. Triggered by a settings.json key "importLDAPusersOnLaunch: true|false"
• Add a further settings.json key "importLDAPusersIntervallHours" or "importLDAPusersIntervallCronTab" to specify regular import runs.
